5.1 Requirements to List

Merchants must:

Upload accurate product information
Comply with Ghanaian and international trade laws
Ensure product quality and availability

5.2 Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are solely responsible for:

Product quality
Order fulfillment
Shipping and logistics
Customer communication
Refunds and returns
Warranties
Legal compliance

5.3 Prohibited Listings

Merchants may not list:

Illegal items
Counterfeit goods
Expired products
Weapons
Dangerous goods without permits

5.4 Fees

Listing and service fees will be communicated as applicable.

5.5 Consequences for Violations

HanyMarket may:

Remove listings
Suspend accounts
Block withdrawals
Report illegal activities to authorities
